The color is intense ruby with purple hues at a young age, to reach more mature, garnet and orange tones with the passage of aging. Aromatic persistence and great fruity on the palate are the main characteristics of the Rosso Conero wine. The pungent tannins, which can be felt if the wine is consumed within the first year, moves to a pleasant smoothness with the passage of time. Structured and full-bodied, dry; the nose with intense aroma of red fruit, dense tannins with good evidence, elegant wine.
It is recommended to serve Unica into a decanter at a temperature of about 16-18 degrees.
