RED VERMOUTH

This Vermouth was born from the desire to always try to do new and curious things.

Our red wine, produced with Montepulciano grapes, harvested in our vineyards, is the backbone of this Vermouth which is produced in collaboration, and above all thanks to the experience of Oscar Quagliarini in his Garagiste in Senigallia.

In the recipe we have tried to enhance the typical Marche region of wine by using the following botanical herbs among the various botanicals: angelica, orange, gentle absinthe, Roman absinthe, china, rhubarb, gentian, wild rose and thyme.

The result is a perfect combination of tradition and Marche aromas.

INGREDIENTS: wine, sugar, alcohol, infusion of aromatic herbs and spices

WINE USED: Rosso Conero produced with Montepulciano

ALCOHOL: 18%

SUGARS: 180gr / l

COLOR: intense and deep dark red and without added caramel

PRODUCED AT THE DISTILLERY of Oscar Quagliarini

AVERAGE PRODUCTION: 3,000 bottles / year

SIZE: 750 ml

HOW TO DRINK IT: To be drunk neat, neat at room temperature or with ice e lemon zest or even better kumquat.

It can also be used as a base for the creation of the most classic cocktails, from American to Manhattan
